Course Regulations Local Rules (Short Version)
Preliminary Remark: Detailed Regulations are posted in the Sekretariat.
In principal the Official Rules of the German Golf Association do apply.
1. Environmental safe and protected areas; protected biotopes
a. Ground under repair; no play allowed
b. Trespassing prohibited in protected biotopes
Marking stakes:
- Biotope played as lateral water hazard: Red stakes with green top
- Biotope played as out of bounds: White stakes with green top
2. Staked trees
(protection of young trees marked by stakes) - Nearest Relief/Free Drop
3. Stones in bunker are to be considered movable obstructions
4. Sprinkler heads - Relief may be taken if play interferes with swing or stance
5. Cart path (paved paths) should be considered as movable obstructions Relief may be taken if ball lies on cart path or interferes with stance
6. All electrical cables If struck, shot must be replayed without penalty
7. Water hazards (including lateral water hazards)
The pond on Tee 1/Green 18 is considered as
- Lateral water hazard for: hole no. 1
- Water hazard for: hole no. 18
The pond on Green 3/Green 11 is considered as
- Lateral water hazard for hole no. 3
- Water hazard for hole no. 11
8. Internal Out-of-Bounds hole no. 4 and no. 13
The internal out-of-bounds stakes on no. 4 and 13 are valid only for no. 4.
For no. 13 the marking stakes are to be considered immovable obstructions.
9. Internal Out-of-Bounds on hole no. 12 and no. 13
The internal out-of-bounds stakes on hole no. 12 and 13 are valid only for hole no. 12. For hole no. 13 the marking stakes are to be considered immovable obstructions.
10. All burrowing animals tracks or holes - One will only receive relief for lie and swing, NOT for stance.
11. If a rule is in doubt a second ball should be played and a ruling by the officials must be obtained after the end of play!
