Individual Stroke Play over 54 holes Wednesday 05th of August Thursday 06th of August Friday 07th of August 2. Conditions of competition: Conditions of Competition : The tournament is played in accordance with the rules of the "German Golf Federation (DGV ) Conditions of Competition 2009 and the local rules etc. All players accept that photos made during the tournament will be published. A free practise round can be played on Tuesday the 04th of August 2009. Starting times can be reserved in the secretary`s office until Saturday the 02nd of August, 04:00 p.m. (CET) Play will be from back tees for boys and tees for girls. 3. The competition is a handicap qualifying event. 4. Eligibility of play: Eligible to play are all participants who were were born 1990 and younger and are members of a registrated golfclub. Handicap limit: Boys -1,5 Girls -3,5 5. Number of entries: 90 participators. If more than this number of entries are submitted, the highest handicap players will be omitted. In the event of tied handicaps-entrance will be decided by draw. 6. Prizes: 1. - 5. gross: boys 1. - 5. gross: girls Special reward: "Longest Drive", "Nearest to the Pin", boys and girls In the event of a tie the result will be decided as stated in the “conditions of play” of the Heddesheim Gut Neuzenhof G.C. ev. 7. Entries: has to be member of the World Junior Golf Foundation membership fee $50,00 Registration 8. Closing date of entries: Friday 03rd of July 2009, 8:00 pm (CET) 9. Entry fee: Free If your application is accepted, depending your handicap transfer from the Rhein-Main-Flughafen Frankfurt to the hotel and golf course, costs for four nights hotel accommodation and meals for everyday will be covered. 10. Behavior: Rude unsportsmanlike conduct or improper behavior in general, including the use of excessive alcohol, will not be tolerated and will jeopardized further participation at the tournament. 18.
